Strong expertise in Project & Program Management, workplace transformations, vendor governance, and cross-functional execution. Seasoned F&B operations leader with extensive experience running high-volume, high-discipline kitchens and service units across Military and Railway establishments. Led F&B operations for two major Army units — the Officers’ Mess at MHOW (Indore) and Kamptee Cantonment (Nagpur) — serving 1,100+ Army Officials daily across all meals.

Manages 200+ professionals with strong focus on hygiene, service standards, and operational precision. Experienced in large-scale kitchen management, vendor coordination, workforce planning, menu engineering, and end-to-end catering delivery for institutional environments. Brings a deep commitment to consistency, discipline, and service excellence.
